OUR MISSION
Chateau sur le Lac is a long-term care facility. It provides care and services in French and English to residents with a geriatric profile or affected by age-related problems, whether physical or cognitive. The care and services are in line with departmental guidelines concerning a “quality living environment for people living in CHSLDs“.
CHSLD: Our clientele has mainly a physical and / or cognitive impairment which requires a supervised environment. To this end, and in a personalized way, Chateau sur le Lac offers, in addition to room and board, medical, social, nursing, pharmaceutical, dietary, assistance, rehabilitation, recreation and other services.
OUR VISION
The vision of Château sur le Lac is to offer personalized services in a living environment adapted to the needs of residents. In respect of their differences, their tastes and their values, Château sur le Lac has put in place the conditions allowing them to maintain their health, to preserve as much as possible their autonomy and to develop themselves as people on the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual level.
- Ensure that the necessary conditions are in place to provide the best possible quality of life.
- Promote the integration of the resident and promote the involvement of his entourage in the resident’s life.
- Provide palliative care to the resident as soon as there is no longer any possibility of curative treatment.
